Hi! My name is Josh.

I graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, where I study Computer Science and Digital Narrative and Interactive Design, in December of 2024.

A GENTLEMEN'S DISPUTE is an old-fashioned slapstick party brawler where players tourney with their friends to be the last gentleman standing!

Players use preposterous items to destroy castles, gardens, and ballrooms— anything it takes to settle their dispute!

I'm developing A GENTLEMEN'S DISPUTE at BLAST FURNACE GAMES, an independent game studio I co-founded with friends from Carnegie Mellon University.

STEELPUNK is a squad-based roguelike looter-shooter for PC about reclaiming a dead Earth consumed by a colossal machine.

As a co-founder and software engineer at BLAST FURNACE GAMES, I lead its development alongside a small team of inspired developers spun out of Carnegie Mellon University.

We utilize rollback netcode and lag compensation to maximize performance and reduce latency to deliver an exceptional networked multiplayer experience. See the code on my GITHUB PORTFOLIO.

As an Application Engineer Intern at TERRASIM, I shipped contributions to MANTLE ETM, a simulated terrain creation pipeline and management platform supporting VBS4, real-time 3D combat simulation game engine.

Feel free to check out THE COUNSEL IN THE CAVE or any of my other GAMES!
